BRANDON HULL
Coach Hull brings over 25 years of wrestling experience to the room and a lifelong passion for the sport of wrestling. He began wrestling at just 5 years old, competing for the Firthtown Falcons, Steele Hill Bulldogs, and later the Phillipsburg Middle School and High School wrestling programs. His dedication and work ethic culminated in a standout career at Phillipsburg High School, where he graduated in 2012 as a New Jersey State Champion.
Beyond wrestling, Coach Hull is deeply rooted in the community he serves. He is a police officer currently serving the Town of Phillipsburg, a role that reflects his commitment to leadership, discipline, and mentorship both on and off the mat. He is married and a proud father of two boys, and he resides in the Phillipsburg area, where giving back has always been a priority.
Coach Hull’s passion for coaching was inspired by his father, Ed Hull, a respected coach in the Phillipsburg area for more than 25 years. Following Ed’s passing in 2018, Coach Hull continues to carry on his father’s legacy by investing in the next generation of wrestlers.
“My goal is to give kids in our community the same opportunities, guidance, and high-level training that was given to me growing up—helping them become the best versions of themselves on and off the mat.” - Coach Hull
